General

Development template — confirm final terms with your payment processor and legal counsel.

Because credits grant immediate access to AI generation (a metered, consumed digital service), credits used to generate scenes are generally non-refundable.

Unused credits

If a credit pack purchase is unverified, duplicated by a processing error, or no scenes were generated from it, contact support within 14 days and we will review a refund or restoration.

Pro subscription

Pro renews monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Requests for a full refund of the current period are reviewed case by case when the service was materially unavailable.

How to request

Email support with your account email, the Creem payment reference, and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
